Job Description
Position: Technical Advisor – Customer Service and Technical Support
Location: Joliette, Quebec

Your Missions
- Provide technical advice and customer support on our vehicles and services.
- Diagnose problems and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Work closely with the workshop to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training on new technologies and Volkswagen products.
- Share your knowledge and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Follow up on work performed and maintain traceability of interventions.
- Manage related administrative tasks: entering information, opening/closing work orders, scheduling appointments, preparing cost estimates.
- Greet and respond to phone inquiries, ensure customer service and follow-up.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar position or in customer service within the automotive sector.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and their operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Education
- Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel).
- Computer skills and ability to operate internal management systems.
- Valid driver's license.
