Responsibilities and Missions

• Greet customers and advise them on repairs and maintenance; explain interventions and costs.
• Analyze symptoms, direct technicians, and verify the feasibility of interventions.
• Schedule appointments, follow up on files, and ensure quick and transparent service.
• Propose suitable solutions and obtain customer approval.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure quality and safety of interventions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to customer loyalty.
• Follow up on work, open and close work orders, schedule appointments, produce repair cost estimates, answer calls, provide customer service and follow-up, as well as sell products and services.

Profile Sought

• Experience: At least 1 year in a technical role or automotive customer service.
• Education and Knowledge: Knowledge of automotive mechanics (a plus).
• Key Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts; good time and priority management; team spirit; attention to detail; solution-oriented.
• Languages: Proficiency in French spoken and written; English is an asset.
• License: Valid driver's license.
• Personal Qualities: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously.
