• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer satisfaction and relevant opportunities.
• Stay informed about market trends and new automotive technologies.
• Respect internal policies and procedures; ensure traceability of exchanges and transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service.

Desired Profile

Experience and Skills

• Proven experience as an automotive technical advisor (ideally 2 years).
• Good knowledge of the brands represented and their technical characteristics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with technicians.
• Attention to detail, rigor, and strong problem-solving skills.
