Sales Director – Nissan Saint-Jérôme (Saint-Jérôme, QC)

Nissan Saint-Jérôme is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and support the sustainable growth of the dealership. If you are results-driven leader with a passion for customer excellence, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the local sales strategy in alignment with group objectives to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and customer service team, fostering a culture of performance and service.
  • Achieve and exceed sales, margin, and market share targets; manage the pipeline and regional action plans.
  • Manage the commercial budget, forecast sales, analyze KPIs; provide clear and regular reporting to management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, financial partners, and dealerships to offer a seamless and integrated customer experience.
  • Collaborate with after-sales and financing departments to foster customer loyalty and ensure a premium experience.
  • Oversee sales processes and CRM usage; ensure continuous training of teams on products and sales techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies and local regulations; promote ethics and professionalism.
  • Supervise vehicle inventory management and purchasing (new and used vehicles), and optimize stock levels.
  • Improve customer journeys and optimize CRM utilization for an optimal customer experience.

Profile / Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, ideally in the automotive industry or a related sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Quebec market and dealership sales practices.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; results-oriented with the ability to inspire a diverse team.
  • Fluent in French, both spoken and written; working knowledge of English is an asset.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and the Microsoft suite.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for local travel if necessary.
