Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor – Volkswagen (Mauricie)
Join Mauricie Volkswagen, in Trois-Rivières, and become the point of contact for customers and technicians for all matters related to Volkswagen parts and accessories. Help provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers at the counter and advise them on parts, accessories, and solutions suited for Volkswagen vehicles.
- Record and process parts orders, verify compatibility and delivery times.
- Manage the parts department inventory: restocking, labeling, monitoring stock levels, and rotating stock.
- Collaborate with the workshop and after-sales service to ensure parts availability and smooth repair processes.
- Follow up on orders, returns, and warranties; resolve customer issues professionally.
- Develop additional sales and lead promotional campaigns to optimize the parts department’s revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized parts area following safety procedures.
- Master the parts management system and billing; record transactions accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive parts sales or a customer service role in the automotive industry. Salary will be adjusted based on experience.
- Knowledge of the SERTI system is a significant asset.
- Knowledge of Volkswagen parts and systems is an asset; experience with parts management tools and catalogs.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills; bilingual in French/English is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, manage priorities, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Professional attitude, welcoming nature, and customer-oriented approach; capacity to work in a dynamic environment focused on customer satisfaction.
