Automotive Mechanic / Technician – Boucherville (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram)

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Automotive Mechanic / Technician to join our after-sales service team in Boucherville, Quebec. You will work in an environment focused on customer service, quality, and reliability, where team spirit and attention to detail are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles of the group brands (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram).
• Perform preventive maintenance and comprehensive inspections according to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems on modern vehicles; work on hybrids/electric vehicles.
• Work on injection systems, the gasoline engine, and anti-pollution systems.
• Program ECM/PCM/ECU modules and interpret technical diagrams.
• Repair suspension, steering, and hydraulic braking systems.
• Design and propose effective solutions; clearly communicate repairs and costs to service advisors and clients.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and service deadlines.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and improvement of workshop practices.

Desired Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive mechanics (similar position).
• Relevant training in automotive mechanics or equivalent recognized experience.
• CPA card required.
• Excellent diagnostic skills in electrical and electronic systems; knowledge of group brand systems.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and interpret manufacturer commands.
• Team spirit, customer-oriented, and attention to detail.
• Fluent French; technical proficiency in English is an asset.
