Sales Representative – Business Development (Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Nord-du-Québec, and Mont-Laurier)

Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives and expansion plans.
- Identify the potential of your territory (Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Nord-du-Québec, and Mont-Laurier) and establish a structured action plan to maximize it.
- Rigorously monitor your initiatives and produce regular reports on activities, performance, and issues.
- Effectively manage the territory to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Implement solid processes for managing and tracking customer and prospect accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor by guiding clients toward the most suitable products and solutions.
- Clearly present purchasing programs and ensure their good understanding.
- Keep your knowledge of the market and products related to the tire industry up to date.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, representatives, and manufacturers in your territory.
Profile sought
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B.
- Solid experience in field sales and territory management.
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written (an asset).
- Expertise in strategic sales and negotiation.
- Autonomy, leadership, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Sharp business acumen and strong results orientation.
- Well-structured, rigorous, and consistent in following up on opportunities.
- Comfortable with technological tools (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
