Automotive Technician Advisor – Sorel

Nicoletti Tires & Mechanical, a company recognized for its expertise and reliability, is seeking an Automotive Technician Advisor for its Sorel branch. We operate in mechanical services and tire sales for cars, vans, SUVs, agricultural vehicles, heavy trucks, and off-road vehicles. Our team consists of more than 80 talented individuals spread across 5 branches, a distribution center, and a headquarters in Quebec.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers to optimize vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Plan and open/close work orders; manage appointments
• Order necessary parts, accessories, and tires; prepare cost estimates
• Ensure follow-up and transparent communication with customers
• Recommend scheduled maintenance and additional services to maximize vehicle longevity
• Follow up on work and document interventions

Profile desired

• Good knowledge of the role of automotive technician advisor
• Passion for customer experience and building trusting relationships
• Excellent organization and ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Relevant experience in a similar position would be an asset

Skills and qualifications preferred

• Understanding of mechanical processes and customer needs
