Automotive Technical Advisor – Longueuil Nissan (Motion Group)

About the Role

You will serve as the technical reference for clients, capable of analyzing their needs, presenting Nissan solutions, and coordinating actions with technicians and the sales team to ensure quality service and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and analyze their technical needs regarding new and used Nissan vehicles; clearly explain options and benefits.
• Present technical features and advantages of Nissan models (Kicks, Leaf, Versa, Sentra, Qashqai, Rogue, Altima) and associated services.
• Guide and coordinate with technicians and sales teams to propose the most suitable solutions and ensure thorough follow-up.
• Participate in product demonstrations, test drives, and technical presentations in showrooms and exhibition spaces.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date on modern automotive technologies, including hybrid and electric systems and Nissan innovations.
• Follow up on customer files and promote a high-level customer experience, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales and after-sales service processes.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in the automotive sector focused on technical customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and ability to simplify technical information.
• Knowledge of modern automotive systems and technologies; interest in Nissan technologies; familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicles is desirable.
• Team spirit, customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• French is essential; English is an asset.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of automotive electronic and mechanical systems; curiosity about Nissan technologies and hybrid/electric vehicles.
• Ability to perform technical demonstrations and discuss maintenance and service options.
