Job Offer: Experienced Sales Secretary

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and answer phone calls in coordination with the Sales team, providing professional and personalized service.
• Manage the salespeople’s schedules and coordinate demonstration and follow-up appointments.
• Prepare, verify, and file sales documents (contracts, financing, insurance, warranties) and ensure accuracy.
• Enter and update client data and records in the CRM system, adhering to deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Finance, Service, and Parts departments to ensure a smooth workflow and an optimal customer experience.
• Follow sales files through to delivery, coordinating communications and necessary documents.
• Support activities during promotional events and new model launches.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects the company's image.

Profile Sought

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; ideally in the automotive industry or a sales environment.
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM and sales management software.
• Excellent organizational skills, rigor, adaptability, and a strong sense of customer service.
• Good communication skills, active listening, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Discretion, professionalism, team spirit; ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
