Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with customers and guide them throughout their purchasing journey.
• Master the range of vehicles and services to offer tailored solutions and perform demonstrations and test drives.
• Present vehicle features and accurately answer customer questions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and collective sales goals.
• Follow up with prospects, reconnect with potential clients, and ensure post-sales follow-up.
• Manage Web inquiries and phone/email contacts.
• Sell new and used vehicles and ensure the renewal of lease contracts when necessary.
• Stay informed about market trends and new products to provide added value expertise.

Profile

• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to establish positive and lasting relationships.
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire for continuous learning about models and technologies.
• Proactive and service-oriented mindset, motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license; experience with manual transmission preferred.
• Proficiency with sales tools and CRM (e.g., Merlin, Activix).
