Automotive Sales Advisor
Mazda Joliette Inc., a member of Groupe St-Jean and located in Notre-Dame-des-Prairies, QC, is looking for a passionate automotive sales advisor who is dedicated to customer service and eager to join a dynamic and family-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions (new and used cars, warranties, services, and accessories).
- Present vehicles, conduct demonstrations, and coordinate test drives.
- Work collaboratively with the financing and insurance departments to provide comprehensive and personalized options.
- Follow up after sales to build customer loyalty and achieve sales targets.
- Keep the sales area and customer records up to date in the CRM and enhance the in-store experience.
- Participate in promotions and local events.
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service orientation, and results-driven.
- Team spirit, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computer tools and CRM software.
- Bilingual in French/English is appreciated (not mandatory).
- Valid driver’s license; availability according to scheduled hours.
