Main responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients throughout their purchasing journey with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Understand clients' needs and propose suitable vehicles and financing options
• Demonstrate, deliver, and explain the sold vehicles
• Establish and maintain lasting relationships to foster loyalty and referrals
• Stay informed about products, their features, and current promotions
• Collaborate with the team to achieve the dealership’s sales goals
• Follow up with potential clients and ensure after-sales follow-up (emails, calls, web inquiries)
• Sell new and used vehicles

Desired profile

• Experience in sales; automotive experience is a plus but training will be provided
• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
• Proactive mindset and results-oriented
• Customer service sense and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Valid driver’s license; availability some evenings and Saturdays
• Proficiency with IT tools and CRM is a plus
