Sales Advisor — New and Used Vehicles

Longueuil Nissan, a member of the Motion Group and a trusted reference on the South Shore and in the Montreal region for purchasing a Nissan vehicle, is seeking a Sales Advisor for new and used vehicles to strengthen its high-performing team.

Job Description

You are the ambassador of the customer experience and guide each visitor through the purchase or rental process with professionalism and enthusiasm. You combine product knowledge, active listening, and personalized advice to offer the best Nissan and used vehicle solutions, while ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
• Present and demonstrate new and used Nissan vehicles, highlighting features, options, and benefits.
• Manage the sales cycle from A to Z: qualification, test drives, quotes, negotiations, and signing.
• Explain financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
• Develop and retain a customer base through proactive follow-up and excellent customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the service team and finance department.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nissan models and market trends; attend manufacturer training.

Profile Sought (Qualifications and Skills)

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; ideally in automotive or customer service.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Results-oriented, autonomous, and team player.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and financing procedures; bilingual in French/English is an asset.
• Valid driver's license; availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Additional training in sales or customer service is an advantage.
