Parts and Workshop Service Clerk – Auto Center

Main Responsibilities

• Search, order, and track parts, tires, and supplies using computerized systems; prepare estimates and ensure stock accuracy.
• Prepare work estimates and follow up with technicians and technical advisors.
• Respond quickly to inquiries and support technical advisors over the phone and at the counter.
• Maintain effective communication between the counter staff, the auto center, and inform about the receipt of orders.
• Manage procurement and ordering from suppliers, in collaboration with the purchasing department.
• Keep the parts and tires department clean and organized, and perform regular stock checks.
• Welcome customers, provide counter service, and sell parts, accessories, tires, and wheels.
• Manage inventory, conduct stock takes, and document customer complaints/claims; verify supplier invoices and follow up with them.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor in the automotive parts sector; at least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Experience or knowledge of the automotive industry strongly preferred; good command of computer tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Required qualities: organization, team spirit, leadership, autonomy, and excellent customer service skills.
