Parts Clerk - Lachute Subaru (Temporary, possibility of permanent position)

Your Responsibilities

Customer Service and Advice
- Respond to customer inquiries at the counter and by phone.
- Advise customers on the selection of parts and accessories suited to their needs.
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service.

Parts Management and Orders
- Enter, ship, and follow up on parts orders.
- Receive and verify incoming orders.
- Stock parts in inventory and keep the department organized.

Support to the Workshop
- Supply technicians with the necessary parts.
- Prepare estimates for customers in collaboration with technical advisors.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position or equivalent experience.
- DEC in Motor Vehicle Parts Advice and Sales (required).
- Proficiency with computer systems and knowledge of automotive parts.
- Experience with CDK software is considered an asset.
- Rigor, organizational skills, and a service orientation.
Conditions and Benefits
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Temporary contract with the possibility of permanency.
- Salary: starting at $20/hour, adjustable based on experience and skills.
