Title: Car Inventory Manager

Description We are seeking a Car Inventory Manager to ensure efficient and rigorous management of vehicle inventory, optimize lead times, presentation, and availability. You will work closely with sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure comprehensive tracking of the inventory cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily inventory of new and used vehicles
• Record, update, and monitor data in internal systems
• Coordinate vehicle arrivals and departures, ensuring accuracy of information (price, features, mileage, status, documentation, etc.)
• Track preparation and online listing deadlines
• Produce and analyze inventory reports and recommend improvements
• Take photographs of vehicles and ensure visual quality
• Collaborate with the service team for repair approvals
• Manage the acquisition of used vehicles and purchases at auctions and on web platforms
• Record all vehicle movements in the system
• Oversee warehouse and inventory management, including inventory counts
• Facilitate exchanges between dealerships and evaluate vehicles

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, administration, or automotive field (a significant asset)

Compensation

• $30/hour – $35/hour depending on experience
