Commercial Advisor - GBM Tires

Your main responsibilities
- Prepare quotes and purchase orders for our mining, heavy-duty, and OTR customers.
- Greet and advise customers at the counter and over the phone.
- Manage billing and tire tracking for our commercial clients.
- Follow up on work orders in the system.
- Record inventory of tires and parts.
- Manage tools and supplies.
- Collaborate with the supervisor.
Profile sought
- Proven skills in customer service and sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfort with the use of computer software.
- Positive attitude and natural interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of computer programs (Outlook, Office 365, etc.).
