Financial Services Manager – Joliette Subaru
Joliette Subaru is seeking a passionate and determined Financial Services Manager to join a dynamic team. You will be the key player in financial management and support provided to our customers in their vehicle acquisition projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and approve customers’ financing requests, adhering to internal policies and lender requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining financing options and guiding the application process.
- Collaborate with sales consultants to ensure harmony between financing and sales, and to optimize business opportunities.
- Manage financing contracts, track payments, and conduct financial audits within specified deadlines.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with financial partners to optimize offers and promote innovative solutions.
- Analyze market trends and implement strategies to energize the financial services department.
- Prepare and review financing and leasing documents according to financial institution standards; ensure compliance of financing and insurance fees.
- Ensure compliance with credit and insurance procedures and demonstrate impeccable professional ethics.
Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computer tools and the ability to analyze financial data.
- Strong work ethic, professional integrity, and team spirit.
