Context
Mazda Joliette Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to lead the financial aspects of new vehicle sales, focusing on insurance, loans, and automotive warranties. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, a strong customer orientation, and collaborative leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize financial activities related to new vehicle sales and oversee the offering of financial products to customers.
- Design, implement, and monitor insurance, financing, and warranty programs, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and profitability.
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to improve the buying experience and customer satisfaction.
- Present financial options and related protections transparently and tailored to each client's profile.
- Supervise administrative processes and documents related to financing and insurance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Analyze departmental performance and propose corrective actions and improvements to achieve objectives.
- Promote a culture of impeccable service and compliance within the team.
- Manage operational aspects of transactions (credit applications, payments, signatures, and document issuance) and ensure adherence to financial institution standards.
Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in selling financial products, ideally in the automotive sector or a related field.
- Relevant diploma or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Leadership qualities, team spirit, and results-oriented.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment focused on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
