Financial Services Manager

Position: Director of Financial Services

Location: Brossard, Quebec | Schedule: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Sell products and warranties and ensure client financing
• Build and maintain a trusting relationship with clients
• Clearly explain the features and benefits of the offered products
• Negotiate and propose mutually beneficial solutions
• Master administrative practices, record-keeping, and the preparation of financial documents
• Communicate information clearly and effectively (verbally and in writing)
• Actively listen, ask the right questions, and assess client needs
• Convey all relevant information regarding the vehicle, delivery, and other pertinent elements
• Collaborate with delivery and accounting departments

Profile Required

• Relevant degree in financial management or equivalent; proven experience in finance
• Minimum of one year experience as a Director of Financial Services
• Demonstrated ability in sales and customer service
• Proficiency in French and English at an intermediate-advanced level (spoken and written)
  • Ability to serve French-speaking clients and communicate with English-speaking clients
• Knowledge of DealerTrack, DeskIt, and Route One software
• Team spirit and good communication skills
