Full-Time Vehicle Delivery Coordinator

St-Jérôme Chevrolet Buick GMC, powered by Léveillé, is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join a dynamic and customer-oriented team. Award-winning dealership in performance and customer satisfaction, you will provide an exceptional experience during each delivery.

Job Mission

Ensure the preparation and delivery of vehicles under optimal conditions, propose relevant accessories and services, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Greet the customer at delivery, present the vehicle, and hand over the keys professionally.
• Suggest and sell relevant additional accessories and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare delivery folders and sales documents so that everything is clear and ready for signatures.
• Configure vehicle systems (Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, GPS, etc.) according to customer preferences.
• Present and explain how the vehicle operates (interior/exterior options, features).
• Accompany the customer during the signing of documents and ensure a seamless delivery process.
• Handle questions and any dissatisfaction calmly and responsively; escalate if necessary.
• Follow up with the customer and contribute to after-sales service related to delivery.

Profile

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (delivery coordinator, sales, or customer relations), ideally in the automotive sector.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Negotiation skills and comfort with numbers.
• Team spirit and positive attitude.
• Operational English (a plus for serving a diverse clientele).
