Assistant to the Financing and Insurance Advisor (F&I) – Saint-Constant Kia

Location: Saint-Constant, QC

Saint-Constant Kia, a Kia dealership, is looking for an Assistant to the Financing and Insurance Advisor (F&I) to support the F&I team and ensure the delivery of sold vehicles. You will manage deliveries, document signatures, and explain vehicle features to our customers. Minimum required experience: 1 year.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the financing and insurance advisor (F&I) in preparing customer files, verifying documents, and presenting financing and insurance options.
• Plan and coordinate the delivery of sold vehicles: handing over keys, verifying sales documents, signing contracts, and explaining vehicle functions and warranties.
• Provide quality customer service during deliveries, respond to questions, and resolve concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Prepare and verify delivery and registration documents, ensure compliance, and archive files.
• Collaborate with Sales and After-Sales departments to ensure a smooth transition and consistent customer experience.
• Ensure proper presentation and condition of vehicles during delivery (pre-delivery, cleaning, quick inspection).
• Provide assistance with post-delivery requests and relay necessary information to the customer about vehicle features and related services.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience required; experience in the automotive field or F&I is an asset.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple deliveries and files simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in computer tools and document management processes; ability to clearly explain vehicle features.
