Experienced Dent Repair Specialist – Laval (QC)

Bentleys Automobiles, Laval (QC), is seeking an experienced Dent Repair Specialist to join its dynamic team.

Mission Restore the appearance of our clients' vehicles with precision and efficiency, primarily through paintless dent repair (PDR) and the use of specialized tools, while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose the extent of damage and determine the most suitable dent repair method (PDR and manual techniques when necessary)
• Perform dent repairs using PDR processes and associated manual techniques
• Collaborate with the bodywork team to ensure impeccable aesthetic restoration
• Prepare surfaces, perform touch-ups if necessary, and check the quality of repairs before delivery
• Keep the workshop organized and secure, and adhere to current procedures and standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive dent repair
• Mastery of PDR techniques and specialized tools (manual tools, hammers, dollies, dent repair systems, etc.)
• Good knowledge of common materials (steel and aluminum) and ability to assess the feasibility of repairs
• Attention to detail, precision, and excellent manual dexterity
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
• Valid driver's license
