Job Description
Administrator of Warranty – Independent Contractor (Automotive Sector)
MASJ Services is looking for 1 to 2 independent professionals to support its growth in the automotive sector. The Warranty Administrator role aims to efficiently manage warranty files while contributing to process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage warranty files and customer claims: verify eligibility and apply exclusions.
- Track deadlines and ensure quick and accurate warranty processing.
- Collaborate with after-sales service, quality teams, and suppliers to resolve warranty disputes.
- Record and update information in management systems (CRM/ERP and internal databases).
- Prepare reports on warranty trends and propose areas for improvement.
- Communicate professionally with clients and partners.
Candidate Profile and Key Skills
- Knowledge of the automotive sector.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, warranty management systems, CRM/ERP) and quick learner of new tools.
- Autonomy and ability to work remotely.
- Availability from 20 to 40 hours per week.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing warranties or claims; experience as a technical advisor is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
