Job Description
Administrator of warranty – Independent contractor (Remote work possible)
MASJ Services, rapidly expanding in the automotive sector, is seeking 1 to 2 independent contractor professionals to manage warranties and contribute to process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage warranty files and customer claims: verify eligibility, apply exclusions, and document decisions.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure quick and accurate warranty processing.
- Collaborate with after-sales service teams, quality teams, and suppliers to resolve warranty disputes.
- Record and update information in management systems (CRM/ERP and internal databases).
- Prepare reports on warranty trends and suggest improvements.
- Communicate professionally with customers and partners.
Candidate Profile and Skills
Key Skills
- Good knowledge of the automotive sector.
- Excellent computer skills: Office suite, warranty management systems, CRM/ERP; ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Customer-oriented and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently remotely.
Experience
- Minimum required experience: 2 years in roles related to claims management or technical support.
- Preferred background (an asset): experience as a technical advisor, internal technical advisor, technical support specialist, claims officer, liaison officer.
Availability
- 20 to 40 hours per week.
