Your Responsibilities
- Guide customers throughout the new Volvo vehicle purchasing process.
- Present technical features, financing options, and promotions.
- Answer questions, assess needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Close sales and achieve/exceed individual and team goals.
- Provide after-sales follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team and service departments to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and market trends.
Profile Sought
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High-level customer service orientation with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Initiative, judgment, autonomy, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professionalism and a true representation of the employer’s image.
- Experience in automotive sales preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
