Context

Hyundai St-Jérôme, a Hyundai dealership in Mirabel, is part of GENX Groupe Automotive, a recognized network in the industry. We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join a dynamic team and work in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs to offer suitable solutions.
• Present and configure new and used Hyundai vehicles; conduct demonstrations and test drives.
• Manage the sales cycle from start to finish, including financing proposals and additional options.
• Collaborate with service departments and financing to provide a seamless and personalized customer experience.
• Follow up after the sale and build customer loyalty.
• Keep the CRM updated and actively participate in loyalty campaigns and lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Regularly participate in product and procedural training.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales; experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and able to manage a high flow of clients.
• Fluency in French; English is an asset.
• Valid driver's license; availability to adapt to the dealership’s hours.
• Team spirit, neat appearance, and professional integrity.
