Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and personalized technical advice regarding vehicles (new and used), as well as maintenance and repair services.
• Welcome clients, assess their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
• Estimate costs and timelines clearly and justify recommendations to customers.
• Act as a liaison between technicians and clients throughout the maintenance or repair process.
• Ensure a positive and loyalty-building customer experience from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and follow up on requests and interventions.
• Stay informed about automotive trends and technologies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer satisfaction and business opportunities ethically.

Desired Profile

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technical advisor or in a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant vehicle brands and features.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Team spirit, service-mindedness, and customer focus.
• Rigor, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a service-oriented and collaborative environment.
