Automotive Technical Advisor – Ford (Showroom)
Fortier Ford, a new dealership of the GENX automotive group located in Montreal East, is seeking a Technical Advisor to join its team and provide an exceptional customer experience in a modern, air-conditioned environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close work orders (new and used vehicles) and ensure follow-up.
• Greet customers, assess their technical and informational needs related to Ford vehicles and their technologies.
• Clearly present the technical features, options, and benefits of vehicles, with a focus on electric and hybrid vehicles.
• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate technical demonstrations, test drives, and customer follow-ups.
• Prepare technical proposals and tailored recommendations, aligned with customer goals and dealership capabilities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, programs, and promotions.
• Contribute to achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals through a proactive and service-oriented approach.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (technical advisor, automotive customer service, technical sales).
• Knowledge of Ford vehicles and associated technologies, including electric/hybrid solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to simplify technical information and present it clearly and convincingly.
• Bilingual in French and English; proficiency with computer tools and digital presentations.
• Team spirit, organizational skills, and results orientation.
• Availability to work according to showroom hours and operational requirements.
