Automotive Financing Manager — Specialized Credit (Second and Third Chances)

Auto Loan Partez is looking for an experienced automotive financing professional to supervise, support, and train a team of financing advisors, with particular expertise in second and third chance credit files. Join a growing company that values knowledge sharing and operational excellence.

About the position

You will leverage your experience to develop and enhance the team’s performance by sharing your expertise in specialized credit and guiding your colleagues toward achieving client and file objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily work of a team of financing advisors
• Train new employees on auto financing processes, credit requests, and lender practices
• Support the team in analyzing second and third chance credit files
• Review complex files and recommend the best financing strategies
• Serve as a resource on specialized credit and answer technical questions
• Monitor the quality of files, work methods, and compliance with procedures
• Assist employees in improving their communication, follow-up, and presentation techniques for financial solutions
• Negotiate with specialized financial institutions to obtain the best possible terms
• Participate in processing certain client files when expertise is required
• Collaborate with management to improve processes, training tools, and departmental performance

Profile

• Significant experience in automotive financing and specialized credit (second and third chances)
• Good knowledge of banking programs (a significant asset)
• Ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team; pedagogical, patient, and constructive approach
• Positive leadership and team spirit
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously
• Good knowledge of financing products, insurance, and automotive guarantees
• Supervisory or training experience is an asset

Skills and tools

• Proficiency with auto financing and management software (e.g., SAAQClic, DealerTrack F&I, Lucy)
