Boisvert Ford is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead its automotive and heavy truck mechanics workshop. You will operate in a dynamic environment focused on safety, quality, and skill development, with a strong training culture.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the workshop (repairs and maintenance of heavy trucks and automobiles).
• Plan work orders, assign tasks, prioritize interventions, and ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and safety and quality standards.
• Monitor performance indicators and propose process improvements and increased efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and adherence to safety standards.

Candidate Profile

• Mechanical experience in heavy trucks and automobiles: minimum 1 year.
• Experience in supervision or team management is appreciated.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities.
• Valid driver's license; availability as needed to meet service demands.
• Fluent in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
