Automobile Technical Advisor – Canadian Tire, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic automotive technical advisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will offer expert advice on our automotive products and services to ensure a quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and empathetically, identify their needs, and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical recommendations and relevant products for customers' vehicles.
• Follow up on requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the customer experience and achieve performance goals.
• Manage operational tasks related to technical service (work follow-up, opening/closing work orders, scheduling appointments, estimating repair costs, answering calls, customer service and follow-up, selling products and services).
• Participate in ongoing training on new products and automotive technologies to stay up-to-date.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a technical advisor, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive products and mechanics.
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail.
