Job Offer: Automotive Technical Advisor – Customer Service and Operational Support

Your Role

The core of the position is customer service at the counter, complemented by technical support in the field when necessary. You act as a link between customers and the workshop, ensuring impeccable service while providing technical value directly on the ground.

Daily Responsibilities

• Customer service and counter management (greetings, advice, needs assessment, accurate quotes, parts management, order tracking).
• Mastery of workshop and front-desk technologies (sales software, online orders, tablets).
• Follow-up on workshop work: ensuring progress of interventions and communicating with mechanics to respect deadlines and quality standards.
• Field intervention if necessary: diagnostics, road tests, and trouble checks.
• Support and guidance to the mechanical team: technical advice and direction during blockages or difficulties.
• Collaboration with the workshop to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.

Desired Profile

• Solid and mandatory experience as a technical advisor, ideally in an independent workshop.
• Strong customer orientation: tact, listening, professionalism.
• Comfort with digital tools and processes in the automotive industry.
• Bilingual French/English (fluent communication with an international clientele in the neighborhood).
• Good mechanical skills, ability to assist in diagnostics and support mechanics in the field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Automotive training experience appreciated.

Conditions and Benefits

• Salary: $30.00 to $35.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
