Experienced Automotive Technical Advisor – Beaudin Garage, Longueuil (QC)

Beaudin Garage, located in Longueuil, is seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Advisor to strengthen its team. You will be the primary contact for customers and the key liaison between the customer and the workshop.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their technical needs, and explain the planned interventions and deadlines; guide them towards appropriate services.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the workshop: interpret requests, propose suitable solutions, and prepare accurate and transparent estimates.
• Follow up on repairs and communicate updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedule appointments in collaboration with technicians and supervisors; optimize service efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures; advise clients on preventive maintenance.
• Contribute to customer loyalty and identify opportunities for maintenance or additional services.

Desired Profile

• Minimum experience: 3 years in a similar role or in technical advising in an auto workshop.
• Excellent communication skills, customer service mindset, and ability to simplify technical information.
• Team spirit, organization, and the ability to prioritize requests while managing multiple cases.
• Good general knowledge of vehicles and maintenance procedures; autonomous and solutions-oriented.
• Valid driver's license; experience with manual transmission.
• Required certifications: SAAQ.

• Mastered software: Mitchell On Demand, GEM-CAR – Service Management; general computer skills.
