Job Description We are looking for an experienced technical advisor to join the Mercedes-Benz St-Nicolas team. At the heart of customer relations and the workshop, you will be a reliable reference, capable of listening, advising, and supporting each client with professionalism, transparency, and attentiveness. You enjoy taking on challenges, finding solutions, and providing service that exceeds expectations. Your attention to detail and customer satisfaction will directly contribute to the success of our after-sales department and customer loyalty.

Required Education and Experience

• College diploma or equivalent experience in a similar position at an automotive dealership.
• Experience with German brand products is an asset.
• Experience with CDK/ADP systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the service department.
• Define the scope of repairs or interventions with the customer.
• Estimate and explain scheduled timeframes and costs.
• Oversee the repair or maintenance process to meet promised deadlines.
• Inform the customer of any additional necessary tasks.
• Document all work performed and parts required.
• Follow up on work and close the service order.
• Open and close work orders, schedule appointments, and produce cost estimates.
• Answer calls and provide quality customer service.
• Follow up with customers and promote the sale of additional products and services.

Skills and Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technical advisor.
• Excellent customer service skills, active listening, and communication.
• Ability to work in a team, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented approach in task execution.
• Knowledge of automotive products and ability to advise clients professionally.
