Technical Advisor – Automotive After-Sales Service
Location: Joliette Ford Lincoln, Joliette

Joliette Ford Lincoln is looking for a passionate and dedicated Technical Advisor to join a dynamic team. You will be a key link in customer satisfaction and after-sales service.
Your missions
- Diagnose technical issues with vehicles and propose suitable solutions.
- Actively follow up with customers throughout the service process to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team of technicians to optimize repair times and service quality.
- Prepare accurate estimates and clearly explain them to the customer.
- Manage workflow (opening/closing work orders, scheduling appointments, answering calls) and ensure customer service.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Ford Lincoln products and market trends for relevant advice.
- Follow up on work performed and keep records up to date.
Profile sought
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical advisor or similar role, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with customers.
- Strong technical skills and genuine passion for automobiles.
- Team spirit, curiosity, and willingness to improve.
- Valid driver's license.
- Personal qualities: Organized, Positive, Empathetic.
