Automotive Technical Advisor – Service Department (M/F)
Joliette Ford Lincoln is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Technical Advisor to join its dynamic team. You will play a key role in customer satisfaction and the quality of after-sales service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose technical problems with Ford Lincoln vehicles and propose appropriate solutions.
- Provide clear explanations of the work to be performed and estimated costs.
- Proactively follow up with customers throughout the service process.
- Collaborate with the team of technicians to optimize repair times and quality.
- Prepare and document repair estimates; open and close work orders; coordinate appointments.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Ford Lincoln products and market trends to advise customers effectively.
- Develop opportunities for selling relevant services and products.
Profile sought
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical advisor or in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Strong technical skills and genuine passion for automobiles.
- Team spirit, curiosity, and willingness to improve.
- Valid driver's license.
