Position: Automotive Technical Advisor - Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their technical needs, in collaboration with the after-sales team.
• Explain diagnostics, repairs, and expected costs; propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present service estimates; follow up on repairs and communicate timelines.
• Work closely with technicians and the sales team to optimize the customer experience and deadlines.
• Update customer records and ensure traceability of interventions in workshop IT tools.
• Maintain a high level of quality and safety, in compliance with dealership and industry standards.

Profile Sought

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or in technical customer service.
• Good knowledge of vehicles and automotive systems; relevant training appreciated.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Team spirit, analytical mindset, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in French; English is an advantage.
• Proficiency with IT tools and CRM/ERP processes.
