Title: Automotive Technical Advisor – Customer Service and Work Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and collect vehicle-related information.
• Identify maintenance needs and propose suitable services.
• Explain the work performed, costs, and timelines; prepare accurate estimates.
• Schedule and coordinate interventions with technicians; assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage calls and appointment requests; follow up on files.
• Schedule appointments and gather necessary information about clients and their vehicles in advance, if possible.
• Sell maintenance services (lubrication, safety inspection, and other manufacturer-required services).
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up.

Profile Sought

• Experience: minimum 1 year in a similar role (an advantage).
• Knowledge of the CDK/ADP system (a plus).
• Bilingual French-English preferred to communicate with a diverse clientele.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and customer service orientation.

Skills and Criteria

• Ability to clearly explain work and costs.
• Team spirit and ability to coordinate technical activities.
• Rigor in managing files and estimates.
