Job Offer: Experienced Car Salesperson / Buyer Groupe Savard - LGS Performance (Terrebonne, Quebec)
Groupe Savard - LGS Performance, a division dedicated to automotive maintenance and mechanics, based in Terrebonne, is seeking an experienced car salesperson/buyer to support and energize our sales team and expand our client portfolio. You will contribute to achieving and exceeding revenue targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and an optimal buying/selling experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies aimed at optimizing revenue and profit margins.
- Manage the vehicle sales cycle (purchasing and selling): vehicle evaluation, negotiation, and maximizing resale opportunities.
- Develop and maintain an existing client portfolio and prospect new clients.
- Collaborate with the finance and operational departments to optimize financing, leasing options, and additional services.
- Ensure the quality of customer service, compliance, and adherence to the company's safety and presentation standards.
- Close sales and handle transactions professionally; participate in commercial fleet sales and exchanges between dealerships.
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role as a car buyer and seller, with solid client portfolio management; experience with exotic, luxury, or standard vehicles is an asset.
- Proven leadership, team management, and coaching skills; team spirit and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills; strong sensitivity to results and analytical abilities.
- Good knowledge of the automotive market and understanding of financing and leasing options.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office; ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
- Relevant education (DEC/Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, commerce) or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver’s license; manual driving experience is an asset.
