Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on all models of new vehicles, including electric vehicles.
• Listen to customers' needs, propose tailored solutions, and close sales.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty.
• Participate in the layout and enhancement of the sales area.
• Collaborate with the after-sales service to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends and Ford products to provide up-to-date expertise.
• Follow up with potential clients and web inquiries.
• Manage lease renewals and customer follow-up.
• Make phone and email solicitations and track customer requests.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being team- and results-oriented.
• Initiative and strong negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license.
