Your responsibilities:
- Build a trusting relationship with the customer and identify their needs
- Provide clear and tailored information about products
- Guide the customer throughout the purchase process
- Provide exemplary customer service and follow up after the sale
- Ensure delivery and explanation of sold vehicles
- Follow up with potential clients and web inquiries
- Manage the renewal of leasing contracts and the sale of new and used vehicles
Profile sought:
- Minimum experience: 1 year as a Sales Advisor
- Excellent customer relations skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Good mastery of computer tools and CRM
- Results-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented
- Strong telephone and written communication skills
- Knowledge of BRP products (Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Spyder) is a plus
- Availability according to schedule: full-time with one evening per week (Thursday or Friday) and one Saturday every two during the winter period
