Sales Advisor - Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette (Groupe Tremblay Auto)

Job Description You are a key player in supporting customers throughout the purchasing process, from discovering their needs to delivering the vehicle and providing after-sales service. Integrated into a dynamic team, you represent the Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC brands and contribute to offering an exceptional customer experience while achieving the dealership's sales goals.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and propose the most suitable solutions
• Present new Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles, conduct demonstrations, and answer technical questions
• Develop and present financing and warranty offers in collaboration with the financing team
• Use CRM and sales tools to follow up on opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and close transactions
• Coordinate with the Service and Parts departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Meet monthly sales targets and actively contribute to the dealership's revenue
• Follow up after the sale, build customer loyalty, and develop a client portfolio
• Comply with internal procedures, brand standards, and regulatory requirements
• Deliver and explain sold vehicles; follow up with potential clients; renew leases
• Handle Web inquiries and phone/email solicitations

Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Listening ability, consultative skills, and service orientation
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset
• Comfortable with computer tools (CRM, sales software, office suite)
• Valid driver's license and availability for flexible hours, including weekends
• Team spirit, autonomy, organization, and motivation to achieve goals
