Your Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assess their needs to recommend suitable Subaru solutions.
• Present and demonstrate models such as Forester, Crosstrek, Outback, Impreza, and Legacy, highlighting technologies and safety benefits.
• Prepare and present financing, leasing, and warranty proposals in collaboration with the finance department.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish and follow up after the sale to ensure customer loyalty.
• Coordinate with the service and parts departments to provide a seamless and complete customer experience.
• Keep the showroom and used vehicles clean and attractive.
• Follow internal procedures, ethical standards, and sales targets.
• Use CRM and technological tools to track clients and manage follow-ups.

Profile Sought:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; ideally in the automotive sector.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; active listening.
• Customer-oriented, responsive, and capable of proposing tailored solutions.
• Team spirit, integrity, and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of financing and leasing options; interest in Subaru and road safety.
• Proficient in French; English is an asset.
• Availability for flexible hours and some weekends.
• Skilled with CRM and office tools; interested in continuous improvement.
