About Léveillé Ford
Ford dealership located in Saint-Jérôme, in Laurentides, rapidly expanding. We are seeking a dynamic and customer service-oriented Sales Advisor to support our growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Your Role
- Greet and qualify prospects, identify their needs, and suggest suitable solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the features, technologies, and options of Ford vehicles.
- Develop clear sales proposals, prepare documents, and follow up until signing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in collaboration with the team.
- Work closely with financing, service, and after-sales departments to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford products and promotional offers.
- Participate in training and development to stay competitive and compliant with manufacturer standards.
- Participate in promotional activities and customer events.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, qualify, and provide personalized demonstrations of vehicles.
- Present solutions tailored to the client's budget and priorities; prepare offers and manage the sales follow-up.
- Manage the sales cycle: estimate, negotiation, financing, documentation, and closing.
- Follow up and foster customer loyalty through after-sales service and loyalty programs.
- Adhere to Ford policies and internal procedures; contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.
Profile Sought (Requirements)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in car sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and customer service orientation.
- Results-driven, team spirit, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- General knowledge of vehicles and interest in Ford’s range and technologies.
- Availability to work some Saturdays; flexible and adaptable.
- Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset.
