Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor – Volkswagen Sorel-Tracy (Sorel-Tracy, QC)

We are looking for a Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor to support our parts department and provide quality customer service. The candidate will contribute to parts and order management while supporting sales activities and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on automotive parts and accessories; identify needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Research references, verify compatibility, and process orders accurately.
• Manage orders, deliveries, returns, and payments, ensuring quick and reliable service.
• Maintain the parts store inventory, conduct regular inventories, and optimize sales space.
• Collaborate with technicians and sales teams to ensure effective solutions and customer retention.
• Document transactions and ensure the confidentiality of customer information.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.
• Participate in tire and wheel sales if applicable.

Profile Required

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive parts sales or a similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, result-oriented team environment.
• General knowledge of automotive parts; research skills in the parts system is a plus.
• Good organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Availability aligned with parts department hours; the company is closed on weekends.
