Sales Clerk / Advisor (ère) in parts – Mazda Joliette Inc (Groupe St-Jean)
Location: Notre-Dame-des-Prairies (Lanaudière)

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, identify their needs for parts and accessories, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage in-store sales and orders, and follow up until delivery.
- Search for references, verify their availability, coordinate transfers and returns.
- Maintain stock accuracy, participate in inventory, and optimize shelving organization.
- Offer basic technical advice and refer to technicians when necessary.
- Collaborate with Service and Parts teams to optimize timelines and customer satisfaction.
- Promote promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
Profile Sought
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (ideally auto parts sales or customer service in the automotive sector).
- Good knowledge of auto parts and ability to quickly identify references; proficiency in a parts management system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and team spirit.
- Organization, rigor, and attention to detail.
