We are looking for a motivated and customer service-oriented Parts Sales Assistant / Advisor to join the Volkswagen Popular team in Montreal. You will be the reference at the parts counter and contribute to optimizing the customer experience by providing accurate advice and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs for Volkswagen and other brand vehicle parts and accessories.
• Offer tailored solutions, cross-sell when appropriate, and provide personalized service.
• Manage the parts section: receive deliveries, label, organize inventory, and ensure availability of the most requested items.
• Handle customer and internal orders; prepare parts for the workshop and follow up until pickup or delivery.
• Collaborate with technicians and after-sales service to ensure the accuracy of parts and smooth repair processes.
• Conduct transactions, maintain the counter appearance, and apply pricing and discount policies.
• Manage returns and claims professionally and promptly.
• Participate in inventories and continuous improvement of the parts service processes.

Profile Sought

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive parts sales or a customer service-focused role.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories; experience with the Volkswagen ecosystem or in a workshop is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and customer service orientation.
• Team spirit, versatility, and ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in French; English is a plus.
• High school diploma; training or knowledge of parts management systems is an advantage.
• Availability according to center hours and willingness to contribute to an exceptional customer experience.
