Parts Clerk – Automotive

Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on parts and products suited to their needs.
• Manage the parts stock: receipt, organization, and regular inventory.
• Process orders and returns efficiently and systematically.
• Collaborate with the service and workshop teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts and market trends.
• Prospect and build loyalty with external clients (garages, workshops, and partners) as a field representative.

Desired Profile

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being team-oriented.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and sales processes.
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.

Experience

• 2 years as a Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor.

Driver’s License

• Valid automobile driver’s license.
